The Qatari (Arabic) keyboard is
a high-quality, keyboard that is compatible with the Arabic 101 keyboard
layout in Windows. The keyboard is bilingual with US English
characters in the upper left corner of each key and the Arabic
characters in the upper and lower right corners. The Qatari Arabic 101
keyboard layout is used in the following countries: Bahrain,
Egypt, Iraq,
Jordan, Kuwait,
Lebanon, Libya,
Oman, Qatar,
Saudi Arabia, Syria,
U.A.E., and Yemen.
Windows Compatibility. The
Smart Keyboard Solutions Arabic keyboard is compatible with the
Arabic 101 keyboard layout in Windows 7, Vista, and XP. It may be
compatible with other versions of Windows, but they have not been
tested with the keyboard.
Because the
Qatari Arabic language uses right-to-left text entry, certain keys are
handled differently depending upon the software. These keys, ( ) { }
[ ] < >, appear in one way in Microsoft Office programs, but
are different in other programs. The Arabic layout for this keyboard
is compatible with Microsoft Office.

open, print, and download these instruction files to assist you in
the installation and set up of your language keyboard. This file
also includes special instructions on how to type in Arabic. You
will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the file. If you do
